Laxmi India Finance Private Limited In year 1993-94, “DEEPAK FINANCE AND LEASING COMPANY (DFL)“ a Proprietorship firm was established and Mr. Deepak Baid was the first generation entrepreneur along with his father to start the business of finance, primarily in the segment of vehicle financing (both commercial and non- commercial). In April, 2011: Mr Deepak Baid bought an NBFC in the name of LAXMI INDIA FINLEASE CAP PRIVATE LIMITED (LIFC) (RBI registered) and merged its entier business of DFL into LIFC and started business in the name of LAXMI INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED in Jaipur, Rajasthan. In FY 2011 Deepak Finance had its 3-4 branches and having a portfolio to the tune of ₹ 32 Crore (approx). The concern started its operations with financing of 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler Commercial and non-Commercial Vehicles in Jaipur only. An year after it had extended its area of operation to rural and semi-urban areas , incrementally opening of branches in other areas of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat and at present 118 branches working with MSME, Commercial Vehicles, Tractor Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan and Two Wheeler Loan products and providing finance facilities under supervision and control of Head Office (JAIPUR) with On-Line Connectivity. Now we have changed our name from LAXMI INDIA FINLEASE CAP PRIVATE LIMITED to LAXMI INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED (w.e.f 10th March 2023).
